Mrs. Judith P. Chirwa (General Manager)
She holds a Master of Science Degree (Derby University/Malawi Institute of Management) and a Diploma in Education (University of Malawi). She has 17 years of experience (over 10 years in management positions) in DEMAT and valuable experience in teaching at Secondary Schools in Malawi.

Mr. McCider Katulukira ( Finance and Administration Manager)

Mr. Charles Sambani (Credit Manager)
He possesses a Diploma in Agriculture (University of Malawi) and has vast experience in credit management and the micro finance operations in Malawi.

Mrs. Ndindase Kumwenda (Regional Manager- North)
She holds a Diploma in Agriculture (University of Malawi). Mrs. Kumwenda has over 16 years of experience with DEMAT.

Mrs. Dorothy Kanongodza (Regional Manager- Central Region).
She has a Diploma in Agriculture (University of Malawi) and over 17 years of experience with DEMAT.

Mr. Boniface Mbundungu (Regional Manager South).
Mr. Mbundungu holds a Diploma in Agriculture (University of Malawi) and has 16 years of experience in management positions with DEMAT.
